“MTW Healthcare center”, a branch of OJSC “MTW”, is a successor of the largest health and sanitary part of the Republic of Belarus — Minsk tractor works, founded March 1, 1947.
Our enterprise is established to achieve the following objective: to provide entirely the employees and veterans of OJSC “MTW”, citizens of the Republic of Belarus and foreign residents with quality medical service according to the professional profile of the enterprise, which has human resources and material and technical infrastructure of medical and preventive, auxiliary imaging rooms on condition of strict compliance with the fundamental principles of modern health care — social justice, total availability, preventive orientation, as well as adherence to the principles of economic, social, legal and medical justice.
The enterprise functioning is conducted in accordance with applicable laws, regulations of the higher-level authorities of the Ministry of Industry and the Ministry of Health, administrative and executive orders of OJSC “MTW” director general. The company conducts medical activities under license of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus, valid until June 2022.

Polyclinic
A wide range of modern outpatient ambulatory care, the centralization of high-quality medical services for more than 40 medical specialties, full phasing and continuity of all medical care stages.

Sanatory health complex “Tractor” — Recreation facility “Viacha”
Holiday recreation facility “Viacha” is located 15 kilometers from Minsk in the woodland on the bank of the cognominal storage reservoir.
In the summertime you can relax and improve health with the help of natural factors.
Residential area is designed for 180 people. Vacationers are located in 2, 3 and 4-bed separate wooden summer houses. Showers, sinks and WC facilities are located onsite, 8 summer houses are equipped with sinks and toilets.
Infrastructure
Meals are served in two rooms of modernly decorated dining rooms for 220 seats. A bar and a parking place are available.
There are two indoor pavilions, dance and sports ones for leisure activities onsite. On the bank of the lake beaches, basketball and volleyball playgrounds are equipped. A library, fishing trips, sports equipment rental are at vacationers’ disposal.
Sanatory health complex “Tractor” — Health center “Rudnia”
Health resort “Rudnia” is located in a picturesque area of Logoysk district, Minsk region, in the middle a beautiful pine forest on the river bank of Slizhanka. It is considered a health resort organization of the second category. The center received the status of a health resort in March 2011, but its story began in the 80s of the last century.
The health resort works all year round. It can take in 250 people at the same time and its medical facilities are designed for 100 beds.
The health resort has the latest equipment and highly qualified medical staff, as well as its own source of mineral sulphate-chloride-natrium water which is used for drinking, medical and cosmetic procedures.
Medical Profile: diseases of the circulatory system; respiratory (non-tubercular type); the musculoskeletal system; digestive apparatus; nervous system.
Health resort treatment in “Rudnia” includes about 40 types of medical and preventive procedures.
The following procedures are applied: inhalation, high-frequency, compression and laser therapy, electric, light, heat, mud and hydrotherapy, microwave resonance therapy, therapeutic massage (manual and hardware), speleo-, herbal, aroma- and thermotherapy, dry carbonic acid gas bath, acupuncture and hirudotherapy, physiotherapy, mechanotherapy at training devices.
Consultations of a physiotherapist, therapist and pediatrician as well as dental services are offered.
The health center includes an administrative building, 3 dormitory blocks and a medical dormitory block. There are comfortable double rooms, studios, single rooms, as well as junior suites for accommodation. All the rooms are equipped with TV, some of the rooms with refrigerators.
The health center has a developed infrastructure. A store, a library, a beauty salon and a hairdresser’s parlor are open. There is a rental store of sports equipment and outfit; you can also use the Internet (wi-fi).
Favorable climate and natural factors, good medical center and friendly staff create all conditions for a pleasant rest and efficient health improvement.
Various entertainment shows, concerts of professional and amateur entertainers, trips are arranged for vacationers in the health center “Rudnia”. You can also go to the library, do sport or have a picnic. A beach and a pier with catamarans are equipped on the reservoir.

Sanatory health complex “Tractor” — Mineral water bottling department
Mineral waters “Rudnianskaya” and “Rudnianskaya-3” are the winners of the Republican public competition “The best product of 2012” and “The best product of 2013” in the corresponding nomination.
State enterprise “MTW Health care center” is the manufacturer of medical table sulphate-chloride-natrium natural mineral water “Rudnianskaya” (low salinity 2.8-4.5 g/dm3) and “Rudnianskaya-3” (low salinity 1.0 – 1.5 g/dm3), drinking water “Rudnianskaya” — sparkling and still, in PET bottles of 1.5 and 0.75 litre. Mineral medical table water can be used as a table beverage and for preventive and curative purposes prescribed by a doctor.
The water production was organized in July 2011. It meets all sanitary norms and rules and is equipped with the latest equipment. A mineral water borehole (479 m depth), a drinking water borehole (depth 54 m) and the production are located in environmentally pristine area known as Belarusian “Switzerland” in Logoysk district, in a woodland near the health center “Rudnia”. The products are certified in the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, European Union countries.
